Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Seedream 5.5 handles information when you browse seedream5-5.art, sign in, save references, create content or purchase credits.
1. Information we handle
We handle your email and sign-in identity; Google sign-in also provides your basic profile. Creation records include prompts, settings, conversations, uploads and results. Billing records include orders, subscriptions, payment status and credit activity.
Verification attempts and hashed device or network identifiers help protect sign-in and prevent repeated promotional-credit claims.
2. How information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts, restore saved work, complete requested creations, display private media, reconcile billing, answer support requests and prevent misuse.
3. Uploads and generation
Account uploads require sign-in to access. Submitting a creation sends the prompt, settings and necessary reference media to generation services. Avoid passwords, identity documents or sensitive information unnecessary for your creation.
4. Services involved in processing
Hosting, storage, sign-in and generation services process information needed for their functions. Payment services handle checkout credentials; Seedream 5.5 retains order and credit status rather than full card details. Processing may take place outside your country.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies maintain sign-in and verification and prevent credit or invitation abuse. Browser storage remembers preferences, favorites, references and unfinished work. Signed-out references stay in this browser; selected references may be uploaded when you sign in and create.
Clearing site storage may sign you out and remove references or drafts saved only on this device.
6. Website analytics
When enabled, self-hosted Plausible measures visits and selected events. Event properties exclude emails, prompts, references and order identifiers. Encrypted purchase-attribution information is cleared after a completed event or within 24 hours.
7. Retention and removal
Account and creation records restore work and history; payment records support reconciliation. Sessions expire after seven days and codes after ten minutes. Their expiry does not erase the account.
Removing an upload hides it from the list. Once unfinished tasks have ended and saved elements no longer reference the file, cleanup can remove it. Deleting a conversation does not erase all task or payment records. Contact support for broader deletion.
8. Protecting information
Media access checks the signed-in account. Session cookies are HTTP-only and server tokens are hashed. Access checks and verification limits help protect information; no system eliminates every security risk.
9. Your privacy choices
Request access, correction or deletion through support. Depending on applicable law, you may also request restriction, objection or data portability, withdraw relevant consent, or complain to a privacy authority. Account verification may be required.
10. Children and sensitive media
Obtain necessary permission before submitting another person's private information, image or voice. Take particular care with children's media. Contact support if a child's information was submitted without appropriate authorization.
11. Updates and contact
Updates appear here with a revised date. Privacy questions and requests: support@seedream5-5.art. Include your account email and request scope, never passwords, verification codes or card details.
