Terms of Service
These terms explain the use of the Seedream 5.5 website and creative workspace. Read the selected model's available controls, credit quote and purchase information before creating or buying a plan.
1. The service
Seedream 5.5 provides text-to-image, reference-led image creation and image editing workspaces. Available inputs and controls depend on the selected model and account access. Examples illustrate creative directions rather than guarantee a particular result.
2. Your account
Use a sign-in identity you control and protect your verification codes and sessions. You are responsible for account submissions. Do not bypass verification or claim rewards through duplicate identities or manipulated device information.
3. Creations and credits
Review the model, references, quantity and total quote. Accepted tasks reserve credits; success consumes them and confirmed failure releases the reservation. Tasks awaiting reconciliation remain pending. Avoid duplicate submissions while the result is uncertain.
4. Plans, payments and renewal
Check the price, currency, period, credits and expiry before checkout. Annual plans charge the displayed annual total; credit packs are one-time purchases. Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancellation is confirmed. Billing shows renewal or end dates.
Credits arrive after payment verification. Opening checkout does not establish payment success. See the Refund Policy for refunds and cancellation.
5. Your inputs and other people's rights
Use material you own or are authorized to use, including permission for likenesses, voices and private information. Uploading does not transfer your existing rights. Submitting authorizes the processing needed for your requested result.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate media or deceptive impersonation. Respect copyright and privacy. Do not upload malware or evade access, payment or safety controls.
7. Generated content
Review AI output before sharing or commercial use. It may contain errors or unintended similarities. Generation does not guarantee copyright, exclusivity or third-party clearance. Obtain required permissions and disclosures; do not use synthetic media deceptively or harmfully.
8. Availability and changes
Availability, controls and processing time can vary; queue estimates are not guaranteed completion times. Check current features, pricing and access before new submissions or purchases. Download results you need to keep.
9. Privacy and removal
The Privacy Policy describes information handling. Library controls remove individual uploads, although saved elements or unfinished tasks may retain their media dependencies. Contact support for broader account or data-removal requests.
10. Support and your legal rights
For account, creation or billing issues, contact support@seedream5-5.art with relevant details, never passwords or payment credentials. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
11. Updates to these terms
Updates appear here with a revised date. Read these terms alongside the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and information displayed for your chosen service or purchase.
